The service was great. But while they determined that the culprit of the real loud chime, they were not able to be sure that replacing the amplifier will fix the super loud chime. And, reprelacement of the amplifier would cost $1,200. So, I have to live with the loud chime that won't adjust below 28 on the volume control.
