If technician capacity does not support a current appointment, it is recommended that the customer be contacted in advance and have that appointment rescheduled for a time when a technician can address the vehicle in a timely fashion the day (preferably within the hour) it is brought in for service.

They all went above and beyond the call of duty when our truck lost power on the way to the San Diego airport.
