You're either under staffed or over booking. I was extremely inconvenienced leaving my car there 7am Tuesday morning and it not being seen till mid day Wednesday. I walked 2 miles to work Tuesday morning so when I found out my car wasn't even seen the day I dropped it off (and yes I had an appointment) I wasn't happy. When I explained to Trevor how I would've appreciated dropping my car off Wednesday morning if it wasn't going to be seen since the electric car technician wasn't there Tuesday he was unsympathetic and said it wouldn't have been seen till Thursday if I did. To pay $200 for a needed system update on my car for a battery under warranty also seemed unreasonable.
