Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac Auto Repair Service

Once again, I am completely satisfied with Peter McGinnity‘s service. It is excellent and has been so for the 2 1/2 years since we bought our Corvette. Peter is the only service advisor I’ve used in the 2 1/2 years we’ve been coming to Paradise Chevy and I will continue to contact him for service. I trust him, he does his job with integrity, he’s pleasant to deal with and I know he will do his best every time. ButI am not happy with the quality of the paint work done by the outside contractor on my driver‘s front wheel this time . I brought it in today to have them fix overspray from the last time they painted the wheel. Unfortunately, I’ve had to bring the car in approximately five times since April to have scratches fixed and repainting done on the wheels. Unfortunately, this contractors employees have caused me to return almost every time to have things fixed on the wheels. Today’s work is another example of poor craftsmanship. I’m going to have to return again and have that wheel completely repainted once again. Peter pointed out the problem areas which was most of the wheel. Furthermore he advised me that he had made his service managers aware of the situation. I hope the next time I bring our Corvette in to have the wheel repainted will be the last time.

Great service and support. Was able to identify additional recalls I was not aware of. Followed up with another dealer who claimed to have completed a recall, but actually did not. Completed all work on schedule.
