This was my first time at Paradise Chevrolet and the experience was terrific! Michael was so professional and kind and expedited the service on my vehicle so that I didn't have to wait long as I didn't have a ride that day and had to just stay in the area while the car was fixed. He communicated with me via text and phone call with updates regularly and in no time my car was repaired and I was on my way home and had the rest of the day to myself. I will definitely be going back to Paradise Chevrolet for future repairs on my Chevy Michael was great and the service department went above and beyond, highly recommend!

Chris O’Neill was very understanding and completely explained the information of the mix up between the Pre-paid maintenance and Pre-paind maintenance Plus plans that are not the same as the GM plans in which I paid for. I will be waiting for the Finance dept to straighten this situation out .
