My service advisor was great...appreciate his help and professionalism. He even offered me a ride home after complaining that the dealership doesn't offer a shuttle or ride. Every other dealership that i have done business with offers some sort of ride if the vehicle will be in service for a significant amount of time. My son even got a round trip ride for his 2012 hyundai that had a recall on it. I am very happy with my vehicle and with my service advisor but feel the dealership is lacking basic customer service.
