My only issue is that your people SHOULD NOT change the driver seat configuration, especially in a car that does not have power seats, thus no configuration presets. There is no need to move the seat. A valet drives your car and does not mess with the driver seat... neither should your mechanics

Never got to meet Geoffrey,
I was told that the repairs was going to take a day, nobody call to let me know know that they needed an extra day, my car was taken to the car wash the they before the service, when I pick it up had hand prints all over windows, drivers door , fender, I asked to see Geoffrey and he wasn’t available, I spoke with different service person and pointed all the issues, He told me that he will have Geoffrey to call me, here I’m six days later and no call
