Carlos is the best! I’ve taken my suburban in for oil changes since I’ve owned it (2018) and nobody has been as courteous and quick as him. Despite having a to reschedule my oil change appointment the night before, he honored the original early morning appointment and he was able to get me in and out very quickly. Thanks again!

Before I leave a Google and Yelp review about my horrible experience with Curtis, I just want to leave my amazing feedback about Trevor & Cory. Trevor was phenomenal and had amazing customer service, he took the time to explain my vehicles concerns that needed to be addressed. I was impressed with the overall experience up until the moment Trevor introduced me to Curtis. (Back story, I purchased my 2019 Escalade ESV 4/2021 from a used dealership in San Diego, I just had my son and was recovering from a C section therefore I could not test drive the vehicle, I purchased it, site unseen) When Trevor asked Curtis questions about my vehicle, Curtis already seemed like we were bothering him, I asked Curtis if there was anyone who can help me with showing me the basic specs I have, Curtis’s exact words were “Buy a manual” turned around and clocked out. The look I have Trevor cause I was in shock how he treated me so disrespectful, Trevor was shocked himself and apologized for Curtis’s horrible behavior. I’ve purchased from Mercedes, BMW and never ever ever had terrible experience like this! If I were to purchase a vehicle here would they tell me to buy a damn manual? Who says that and rudely acts like a customer is bothering them when it is their job to help us? Trevor was fantastic and after expressing my concerns to Cory, I then realized not alll service employees are jerks like Curtis. Praise Trevor and Cory cause if it wasn’t for the them I WOULD NOT COME BACK AND TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
