We had a very difficult time with the service at Paradise. All of our issues could not be replicated by the advisor or technician, and we were spoken to as imbeciles/ignorant - and my partner is a diesel mechanic. As a matter of fact he had to physically show them our oil leak which still isn't fixed. Honestly, we are ready to purchase a new vehicle, but we will not be purchasing it through Paradise due to the poor service with the Service Department - smh, terrible.
