An appointment was made to take the vehicle in for services, but it’s not to start any work. Such appointments just to speak with a service advisor could have been done over the phone.

When I was explaining to him what was going on he never acknowledged me even when I was pointing out where my issue was. Felt like I was treated like just another ticket to deal with and my issues were not really addressed. I was going to be given back my car with a water stain in the ceiling until I complained. My satellite has a daily issue that is not resolved, I will pick it up and guarantee it will not work same day. Customer service for paradise what’s been pretty poor our last few vehicles.

Peter and your service team did a great job. We dropped the vehicle off at night drop with no appointment after a breakdown on highway. Peter called me early the next morning and had already identified the problem as a faulty sensor. They had the vehicle repaired and road tested early the next day.. Picked it up and on our way with no further issues. Well done.

We asked multiple times if the windshield wiper fluid could be filled because we received the car with extremely low fluid after we were assured all fluids were topped off. We were assured it would be done, even after multiple reminders. Upon picking up our car, the fluid wasn’t filled and when my husband asked if they could just fill it quickly we were told no! This is unacceptable! My husband had to go out and purchase fluid and do it himself after we were guaranteed this would be done
