I can’t believe after putting on two brand new tires they could not put the stems back on the tires .
I noticed once .I got home there was no stem covers on each one of the valves of the new tires that they put on my car I was quite upset by that and the tires came with bow stands when they receive the car so what happened to my boss them they just disappeared.When you failed to put the valves down back on the bow cover that makes me think you’re not paying additional details and that’s a detail they should not of been missed especially since I just paid all that money for brand new tires

Had a 10:30am appointment & told him I was waiting for my vehicle. Apparently everyone goes to lunch at 11am which had me sitting there waiting for over 3 hours to have my audio screen looked at. Charged me $180 to tell me they have to order the part. We just had this screen replaced last May & I shouldn’t be having a problem with it. So very unhappy with the service & wait time. Was not offered a courtesy car. I will NOT be back.
