Doug service manager refused to work on my 2012 Chevy Equinox because it was a salvage title. I don’t know if there is a policy to check car title before working on the vehicle. Don’t know about this policy to repair vehicle only at Paradise dealership I will be writing to corporate office for additional information on policy before working on vehicles. I never had such a terrible outcome at a dealership.

Found and fixed rattling. Jon does a good job. It would be nice if you washed the car after work being done. My Corvette is always garage kept and sat outside overnight at your dealership, water spots and need to be washed. It wasn’t totaled but water spotting is almost the same thing.
