The service that I received was more than exceptional. I brought my car in on Tuesday to schedule an appointment for service. The appointment was set for Friday. When I went to leave, my car wouldn't start, so I left it there.
The next day, 2 days before my car was scheduled to be worked on, I received a call informing me that my service was complete. Service does not get much better than that.
More than major kudos are deserved for Peter McGinnity.

Jon is an awesome person in your service dept., he has been my contact for nearly all my many years of having my GMC truck serviced (since 2003). He is very keyed on a customer’s repairs and or a simple question that I may have before making an appointment. If he has concerns on my questions or issues,,,He would return my call with promptness.... and explain in detail with me so I can fully understand the procedures, or tasks to be done according to manufacturers specifications. I’m very well aware that my vehicle is not new,,, and after market parts are readily available, however Paradise Is second to none..., it’s the people here that makes a whole...it’s not all dollars and cents,,it goes way beyond that of a garage shop around the corner. I’ve never had a bad service in all those years,,, So yes my next vehicle will be a GMC make....!!!
