OK that was two questions and I am totally satisfied with the communication from Curtis my past experiences with this dealership has not been good now going on to The manufacture I would like to know how many times does it take for a vehicle to be labeled a lemon? I love my Chevy trucks this one has broken down three times and does not have 60,000 miles on it so if that question can be answered without any BS I would appreciate the answer

I would like the trade in info to be that of a Hybrid Suburban, 4WD, Top of the Line Model, Power Everything, Leather Interior, Seating 8, Sun & Moonroof, Best Audio with streaming capability, additional viewing screens available, backup camera, built in security alarm, you get the idea & etc, etc, etc! l have had my truck for a good while, it’s seriously upgraded, has been serviced regularly, with No Major problems, and it is a Reliable, Strong Beast of a Truck that I will be Sad to Trade. Maria was absolutely awesome through the whole process. The problem is that I have a brand new truck that I paid $50k + for and has been in to service 3 times and only 3000 miles. I’ve always had Chevrolet trucks and this is the first one that I no longer trust. Hoping I won’t be back.

I was very impressed with the service department intake system, and the degree of diligence of those who I dealt with, the greeter, followed by the assigned service writer. I waited for about 6 hours for the work in the waiting area, and I felt at home, and comfortable. Thanks.

Geoffrey service guy is the worst person ever to do service with. My appointment was Thursday morning and I got it back Monday and they never check my transmission out at all even tho he told me at 12 in the afternoon my car was next in line he never got it checked out at all and he has the most nastiest personality and attitude ever all he did was argue with me and kept telling me I wasn't listening . Like if he knew my car by heart lmao he's a joke. I will never bring my car here again and it was my first time and I drove for 1 hour to get their. He should be suspended he's just a liar and harasses customers. Didn't like him at all or the service nothing was done to my car waste of my time
