I brought my truck in for a routine service and jeff found a leak in the engine compartment and made sure that the leak was repaired. He kept me informed on what was being done and what it was going to cost. I appreciate everything he did.

Ty was great helping me. My concern was that I had an appointment that I had made 2 weeks prior and I was no longer in the system. I was there at 7 am and did not leave until 7:30. There was a huge line off cars waiting to get checked in. Once Ty finally came to help me, I was out quickly. The last 2 times I have had service, it has been like this. I have taken my vehicles here for years, and it was always a quick check in and out. It was very disappointing. I needed to be at school as a teacher and I was almost late.

Jon was amazing !! There was a mix up with my appointment i had made a week prior and when i arrived they couldn’t find me on their system! Jon came and spoke to me and said he would try his best to get my car fixed but could take a couple days. I was fine with that i just needed my car fixed! My service was with Jefferey Hunt and NOT Ty Scott. I was supposed to discuss a trade in as well but I was disappointed with the process. I expected to meet with Cody or her assistant NOT a salesman Lance. The two cars I wanted to look at were not next to each other outside like I was told the day before. I was very disappointed and I am actually rethinking a trade in.
