Maria, did not call or try to contact me about the service completed on my truck. The inspection reviled a couple of maintenance issues if informed I could have given the service mechanics the approval to repair/replace. Now I have to make another appointment to get the items identified on the inspection report fixed. This is not the first time I wasn’t satisfied with Maria’s service. My previous service person was Scott, he always ensured my family experience was exceptional. I’m disappointed with Maria’s communication with us.

The representative needs to be there after the car is serviced to personally and briefly explain what was done and to give the recommendations. For $1200 the after sale is just as important for returning customers as the pre sale approach.

I think the SERVICE department should at least take an extra few minutes and clean the windshield of the Patrons car. Loyalty and service brings returing customers to purchase new automobiles!! My Wife's Mercedes gets washed after each service, and it cost less than my Corvette!
