Yes the only complaint I have is that I tried to schedule my service and left a voice Mail in the service department on March 1 and had to call in on March 17 when no one called me back. Curtis made up for this short coming and oversight and took care of me. I also tried to schedule in February before my warranty expired but was unsuccessful but love my Sonic. Thank you paradise we will see you soon to purchase my husband a new vehicle. This will be the fourth vehicle purchase which includes 3 referrals we sent your way already and purchased vehicles.

We were told our car would be ready at noon. We showed up at 12:30 and they said it would be another 2 1/2 hours. We live an hour away. We decided to go home because we had stayed in town for three hours waiting for the car to be completed. We pulled into our driveway and got a call an hour later that the vehicle is ready. Additionally the two ladies in the front office that were manning the cash register were completely rude to not only me but another customer. You should really do something about their attitude and your company’s policy on weight times.

When I called in to schedule service I requested the oil change and to diagnose the A.C. Not blowing cold air. They booked me for a 2:00 pm appointment. When I got there Jon mentioned the extended warranty mechanics/department have left for the day at 12pm so they wouldn’t be able to assist with the AC troubleshooting but he offered to sell me a service of purging out the line and reloading it with freon for $140. Felt like I was getting upsaled on a service that should be covered by my extended warranty. Why did they schedule me outside of the warranty mechanics department working hours?? I specifically asked for my AC to get fixed as well. Then paradise tries to sell me something? Seems like it was set up intentionally. I drive from Oceanside to get optimum service. I did not this time. Was not happy with this visit.
