Peter had great bed side manner and listened to my dissatisfaction with the mechanics at your dealership and the communication issues among the mechanics and my advisor. I was told my car was fixed, and my battery was checked. Long story short my battery was not checked and my car was not completely fixed when I left the dealership after spending close to 1,000 dollars. 30 seconds after I left the dealership my car alerted me that there was still an issue. I did not appreciate being lied to and putting false information on my inspection when clearly the mechanics did not check my car to make sure everything was working correctly and no messages were alerting on the dashboard. I had to bring my vehicle back, mind you I have homeschooling, and two little children. I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of detail and not doing a thorough check before releasing the vehicle back to me.
