Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac Auto Repair Service

I scheduled service on 9/25. I drove an hour to get there only to be turned away because of a Chevy app scheduling glitch. I was asked to come back next day, which I did. My rep was terrific. Here’s my main issue, I hand wash my car twice a week. I park my vehicle when I go out as far away from other cars as possible to avoid door dings. I washed my car day before service. There were no dents. I drove straight home from dealership and pulled into my garage. I took the car out today to wash it and discovered a door ding on my right passenger back door. I could understand this happening in a place where I shop or attend a function, but I wasn’t expecting this to happen where I service my car. So, theres that. The next issue, there was a notification that comes up every time I start my car. “Service Pedestrian Alert System” I bought my car in January 2024. You guys had it for two months because all my cameras went out and you couldn’t get parts. (Look it up in my account) I was told I needed to bring the car back and leave it for technicians to diagnose. First cameras go out, which is a safety feature. Then this new notification about another safety feature appears. I’m starting to think I have a lemon here. I’m also afraid you’ll have my car for months again. Sorry, I know this is a lot of negative, but put yourself n my shoes. Would you be happy with all this? Your reps are terrific. Not complaining about the guys. I’m just frustrated. This is the first car I’ve ever bought new, I’m retired and 60 years old. This was in my mind going to be a great car buying experience and perhaps the last new car purchase I’ll make due to health issues. Sorry, but that’s my feedback about my experience. I wish it was better for me and for you guys, but it’s not. Thanks

Chris is always above and beyond when I have appointments. He makes sure my wait time is minimal. He has excellent customer service!

Landyn was very helpful in getting my car serviced. His estimate of how long it would take was also accurate. His recommendations for the next service were also appreciated.

Chris communicated very well through the entire process. Was able to get my vehicle fixed very smoothly with how detailed Chris was in his explanations of what needed to be repaired.

Check-in took longer than anticipated. Come to find out my Service Rep. was double booked. Everything was smooth sailing, once checked in.

Repairs took to long but Trevor was top notch.

Everything was done professionally. The wait wasn’t too long.

James kept me informed every step of the process.

Ty keeps working on the radio problem and unfortunately it keeps coming back. He’s doing a great job but there’s definitely a flaw in the audio radio which also is the GPS. I’ve taken it in four times so GM has a problem, but thank God for tying his efforts.

Michael was awesome! Courteous, friendly, and professional throughout the whole experience. Glad he is a part of team paradise!
