My clear coat was ruined. I requested no car wash with the recall to be performed on my vehicle, it says no car wash on the copy I got before the service was performed. The invoice I got after the recall service was completed shows they performed a car wash on my vehicle, now the clear coat has been ruined with swirls as they did not clean it properly. Additionally, there is leftover fabric on the V on my driver side door and they left a lot of water spots. Even if I had wanted the service, the result would have been poor at best. Because of this miscommunication or just plain negligence my cars $2000 ceramic detail has been ruined.

Our technician is awesome! Trevor is always knowledgeable and listens to us. Our issue is with the technicians that service our vehicle. We need them to do like Trevor does and use a little initiative. We just had our car in for service less than a month ago for something that with a little initiative could have been diagnosed and saved us $350 in rental fees. Don’t get me started on paying rental fees on a $800 and $1600 service.
We need the service mechanics to do better. When you have a car in already look for other possible issues that might also be contributing to why the car is in service in the first place. For instance, we brought the car in for an oil change once and Trevor was like “you all should probably think about replacing or at a minimum rotate the good tires. My husband appreciated this initiative and ended up buying 2 new tires. Probably didn’t need them right then but Trevor’s initiative could have prevented us from something bigger.
We are really starting to have trust issues with the mechanics.

Check out was painful because the points were not out on the estimate and then my service manager was no where to be found and it took them 30 minutes to get someone to help. The lady was helpful but it was a lot of waiting that didn’t need to happen.
