I really appreciate the customer servic, quality of work done, and pricing. The biggest let down is that there are no loaner vehicles or a service shuttle. For being a luxury car brand there should be a passion to compete with other brands for dominance. Brands like Lexus, BMW, Mercedes Ben, all those dealerships have loaner vehicles for free. The customer just needs to pay for gas. I can never give the dealership 5 stars until the idea is sorted out. It is very very inconvenient to have to get an Uber home or ask a neighbor for a ride. I’m already paying to have my car fixed I shouldn’t have to spend an extra $30 on getting a taxi. Ty is amazing, I never have a problem with his customer service but the lack of a basic amenity like a service shuttle or loaner vehicle really dampens the experience.
