Disappointed in KW KIa service dept. it’s always a challenge dealing with your service dept. I had to come down last week to get a printed quote for work to be preformed because we asked to have it sent over and it never came thru. Then asking to pay thru a link that didn’t work. Is it really to much to take. A credit card over the phone? And we just had the car in for a tune up and oil change 3 weeks ago! seems like a lot to go wrong 3 weeks after having it in for a tune up.
