Jason was quite helpful. He informed me of a mistake that was made by Tiger Honda in Gonzales, LA that would cost me $500-$600. Jason told
me that he could not service my transmission and potentially cause further damage to my civic.
I am very very appreciative of Jason’s honesty and very pleased with the level of outstanding service I received. Thank you Jason.
Now…my next phone call is to to service manager at Tiger Honda in Gonzales, LA and inform him of the careless and inconsiderate way I was treated.
