My car had damage to it when I picked it up. My service representative did however, write a note for me to come back to be painted because someone would have to be called to repair the damage. I feel like this should have been handled today before I left with my vehicle, or at least give me an appointment time to get my car repaired!

Love bringing my vehicle to Bob Boyte Honda in Moss Point, Ms. after I had brought my vehicle home the next day Wade from the service department called to see how it was running and to check in. The dealership I bought my car never done that after I bought it nor after I had it serviced there. Absolutely amazing customer service! I will definitely keep using Bob Boyte Honda!!

Jason was able to get me scheduled for an oil change at such short notice. When I arrived, he was very professional, detailed and polite from the time he opened to door til the time he waved goodbye.
