The vechile report cart was not completed, therefore I don't know if a full inspection was performed on our truck, nor am I able to compare VCR to last inspection to assess wear on truck. Accuracy of VCR is very important to me for future reference and truck condition. There was no information on tire wear, battery, windshield wiper, brake pad measurement. I believe it was the service mgr I visited with that told me the procedure his service men go through when servicing a vehicle so there is no chance of anything being missed. Also he told me that a technician performs the service. I don’t go to the dealer to have my oil changed by some guy working part-time. My service is very important to me. Give me cause for concern and I will not be back. Also why I checked in I asked what grade oil they would use. 5w-20 was thrown out there, then I remembered reading mind used 5-w30. He guardd as guaranteed me the technical would use what was recommended. All I can say is they charged me for waist is recommended so I have to believe that was used. I was satisfied with my service experience but I do check everything over when I get home. So, keep up the good work. I do check up. Thanks.
