Don’t know if the repair tech had looked at the cracked air filter box…. Had called this to the attention of your service tech….. also, I noticed a message on the back of the invoice after checking out that I needed new back windshield wipers … would have been nice to have called this to my attention while my car was being worked on .

Your mechanic failed to reconnect the wire leading from the chassis fuel filter. As a result, I had a water in fuel light less than 2 miles from pulling out of your facility. In response to an immediate call to your facility, I was initially informed that I would have to bring the truck back and leave it for two or three days while you diagnosed the problem. We eventually left it at you would diagnose it when I return in a day or two to pick up a part we had ordered. Later that afternoon, I discovered the wire hanging there and plugged it in myself. Frankly, the level of incompetence that it takes to simply leave a wire hanging in plain sight and not reconnected boggles my mind.
