John was not very pleasant. He was not interested and did not listen to what the issue was.
Eduardo was able to help me when I returned to the dealership 2 hours later. After he checked on the vehicle status, he asked me to confirm what the issue was and I explained what the problem was and what I had noted when looking at the back seat; he went back again to relay the info to the service tech and they were able to fix the problem a short time later. Eduardo was wonderful - he was kind, responsive, and professional.

They had the wrong part and tried to install anyway. Wasted an entire morning on that mistake. They told me that the tire was repaired with an explanation that the screw in the tire was so short that it didn’t penetrate the tire. Went outside to get my car and the screw was still in tire. Finally, they dismantled my seat to repair the leather, discovered it was the wrong cover. Put the seat only partially back together and now I can’t have my child in my car until it is fixed properly. Not a happy customer!

I appreciate the mechanic helping me understand the problem. I got the feeling the job of the service advisor was not to fix the problem economically (to me) as opposed to selling me as much as possible - guessing he is on commission or sales bonus.

When I picked up the car in the lot there was grease on the hood of the car along with 4 greasy finger prints on the hood. Did not wipe off without a cleaning solution which I had to do. They left the plastic covering on the seat and the steering wheel also had grease on it. After waiting for 2 hours for a scheduled appointment for just an oil change and a tire rotation I was disgusted. No car wash nothing. You need to look into your scheduling of appointments or not take walk
In’s over scheduled appointments so that personnel is available for scheduled appointments. My time is just as valuable as yours. I’ve had 7 Toyota’s and am used to dealing with a more professional environment
