He is spectacular at what he does, always straight forward and never tried to sell stuff I do not need. He answers my texts when I have questions. Very personable in a world where that is becoming a lost art. Your dealership should be appreciative for having him.

Tuve que devolverme, a pedir explicaciones y luego llego el mecánico de la toyota y me explicó que proble.a tenía el carro. Que la pieza que se daño no tenía garantía. El hecho es que la persona Roger. No me dijo que iba a tener esa falla en el tablero.

Any dealer I take my cars to do oil change, the service advisor calls me after oil change is done and go over the report to explain what was done and what needs to be done. Your service advisor called me and asked me to follow him to cashier, he dropped paper work with them and left without saying a single word and that is unprofessional. Will never go back to this dealer again.
