I went in for my 10k service expecting to get my oil changed & tires rotated. When my service was “completed” I was informed my tires could not be rotated due to them being “aftermarket”. (I am now running larger all terrain tires on my 4x4 4Runner that was also purchased through this dealership). I found this odd coming from a company that not only promotes off road vehicles but also this is a package that was “included” in my purchase which I’m sure that means I’m paying for it somewhere. I also thought to myself after how can tires be considered “aftermarket”? Does that mean if I’m not on the original tires that came with the vehicle, even though Toyota does not manufacture tires that I am aware of, this part of my maintenance package will not be honored? I would definitely appreciate a follow up and more insight on this.

Danny has earned your dealership my business. He made a few calls/emails to my warranty company, saving me almost $1,500. To a family in these times, that is a lot of money. He communicated with me via text because my job is hectic and that worked best for me. He was understanding, courteous, and kept me up to date on the work being performed and when it would be completed. He is absolutely the best service advisor I have ever experienced, and at 45 years old I have met a few, I would hope he is commended in front of his peers for the job he has done. Above and beyond and I will be scheduling the recommend service for my Tundra through him very soon to include brakes, induction cleaning, power steering fluid exchange and brake fluid exchange.
I usually do all these services myself because I am very mechanically inclined, but after my experience with Danny, I think I found someone I can trust to make sure the service is done the right way, down to the last detail. Again, Danny has earned my hard earned money. He should give classes on how to be a service advisor.
