Excellent and fast service . The shuttle is a fantastic service and they pick up very fast once you call to wait for the return to the dealer. I am very satisfied. Need to mention the shuttle drivers are very respectful . They also deserve a sincerely thanks for their service. I have had many cars but this is the best service by far. Only one suggestion fir snaks you should have something to offer after 5 pm. When I purchased the car was almost 4 hours snd nothing to purchase to eat. A machine should be a good option.

Mr , Wells was very pleasant, he listened as I explain to him the problem I was having with the car. After the mechanic ????????? examined the car, Mr Wells , came and informed me what they found, and during my wait period, he continue to let me know what was going on. I know it's out of your control but the prius really needs to fix the only think broken in their whole car. Like any other car that's backing up, beeping goes on the outside. . . I would hope the driver already knows they are backing up so why put it on the inside? Maybe its to annoy the pasengers and scare them away from Toyota
