I scheduled an oil change only at 12:15pm. They took my car back at 12:28pm and it was not finished until 2:56pm. An hour an a half for a 10 minute oil change....not acceptable. I understand you are busy on Saturdays but this seems like you are over booking your time slots to get more business but you probably lost mine.
