Communication was poor. I had asked about headlight replacement and asked for pricing. He said he would get back to me (he didn't). I also didn't receive a final total for the work done and didn't know if headlights were replaced or not until I called to ask if my truck was ready or not. Also didn't tell me he was off the following day, so it made for me picking up my truck a little bit frustrating. Night an day difference from my previous experience there with other service advisors.
