Bryan was excellent. I think he’s an asset to the company in the way he does things promptly, efficiently, and accurately. His customer service skills and his attention to detail is perfection. However, Toyota in general should fix their car rental process. It took me an hour and a half to get a rental car. It was very frustrating. I had to be shuttled to the car rental area, had to wait 20 minutes to be seen, the guy working for Hertz was so slow when he finally sat me down, and it took him 15 minutes to go get my rental car. Toyota needs to completely rethink how they do this. It was so frustrating

Bryan could not have been more polite and professional. He listened to my service requests, pointed out that not only were they still covered by warranty, but also informed me of other items that would be performed under warrant that I otherwise would not have been aware of. The work was done *VERY* promptly and to my satisfaction. COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED WITH BRYAN AND TOYOTA OF ORLANDO! My *former* repair garage *LOST* a customer and Toyota of Orlando *GAINED* a new customer, primarily due to Bryan and your Service Techs.
