Service center experience its not as good as expected from any toyota location. After setting an appointment for 11:45 am to fix a trim piece (literally replace a clip inside and press it in place) it took them 2:45 hours. Although speaking to multiple representatives , I got a different version every time. Very poor communication on the service floor. The trim also never got repaired
