I was disappointed that after spending
Over $500 in service when I asked was
My car washed I was only then told
No a part of the car wash is broken.
I sat while waiting almost 2/12 hours
Customers being called their cars were
Washed, when I asked I was then told
Only the new ones! I’m very displeased.

Received zero feedback on the servicing of my vehicle. Reps were not interested in letting me know how it went. I was given a key and pointed to the door. Also quite sad that the car was in for service, and there is NOTHING further done. For example, a quick car wash, a detail option, and I haven't checked the fluid levels yet. Were they topped off? I wouldn't know since no one thought it prudent to discuss it with me. I have ZERO issues paying for a wash and detail, but was not even given that option. Your "concierge" service lacks. I have no idea why I needed to take time out of my week for this inspection as it wasn't discussed with me. This dealership continues to disappoint.
