I was offered stuff at time of purchase that was NOT fulfilled at time of 1st service. They claimed to have cleaned the car through a pressure-washer, yet the same dirt spots was visible.

Danny was excellent, and the service itself was great. The waiting room experience was horrible!! There was a group of employees that were captivated by an employees weekend out at a bar. The language, the loudness and the lewd comments about the women he encountered was inappropriate for a place of business. Even with headphones on I could hear the story as if I was apart of the group.
