I was very dissatisfied with my service. I’ve been getting all All of my maintenance down at Toyota. My last experience I drop my car off after I got from work at 6pm which is the time I scheduled my appointment. I normally receive a text message or a call when my car is done but this time I received a call at 8:15 I was told to pick up my car because y’all Close at 8 o’clock. The service rep told me He had been looking for me because my car has been done I then told him that normally I get a text message when my car is done. He then told me I have to be there within five minutes to get my car, when I told him I was 10 minutes away he got upset and he hung up on me. He also said I should’ve known that they closed at 8o’clock, I explain to him that normally I get a call or a text message when the car is almost done he continue to argue back-and-forth saying that they’ve been closing at 8o’clock for years and that’s something that I should’ve already known.

It was recommended that I replace my car battery. I was quoted $689.92. I consider this extremely excessive, borderline price gouging! I turned down the recommendation and will be looking elsewhere unless you adjust your pricing for car batteries in the meantime. Sincerely, William G

I was disappointed initially as my one time free oil change service got expired due to the lock down and COVID ???? As well as before, my car used to get free wash after oil change, but today I received as is..
But now I am fine as it’s not the fault of Toyota of Orlando the company and the management team.

I was very unsatisfied with my last visit to Toyota. I had dropped off my car to get the fuel pump replaced since it was recalled. Then after 20 minutes I got a call that was odd from the service department saying they needed to tell me something about the car in person, which wasted my time. Then the service department did not know I had the extended Toyotacare plan that went to 100,000 miles. Aaron himself was very helpful but the lady at the desk was extremely rude and impatient and made me feel like I was a pain just being there. Would not recommend this service to another person.
