My experience with Trevor was great! However, I have one small complaint from yesterday to share. When I first entered your establishment to let your bank of service reps know I was there for my 10:45 appointment, not one rep acknowledged my presence. Three were working with customers, understandable and no problem. The others acted preoccupied with their monitors and failed to give any indication they were aware of my presence. I slowly worked my way down the bank. Finally, after starting to work my way back, someone finally asked if they could help. My estimated wait time for customer service was between 8 - 10 minutes. I would have had no problem had those individuals without customers just taken a second to acknowledge my presence and indicated they would be with me in a second. The next time I'm back for service work, I'll know better who to look for. Trevor was excellent in doing his job and I compliment him for it!
