Was promised the car would be washed after the service, but it was not. If he ran out of time I understand, but he should have told me it would not be washed for that reason. He shouldn’t have said the car is currently being washed for it to come out unwashed.

Travis G took a look at my error codes and got me in a loaner right away, as he wanted a specialist to take a look and I was running to work shortly.
