Service was quick and I was there for a recall on my vehicle. Everyone I worked with was extremely nice. However on my service information sheet they provided me, it says I received a car wash and in fact I absolutely did not get a car wash. And I wasn’t even given the opportunity to ask for one as it seemed many people were getting anxious to leave for the evening

I paid $70 (around that much) to have a Thule hard shell carrier installed on my car. It is very easy to do, but I am really busy so I didn’t mind paying. But it was installed too far back, so the back hatch on my outback would not open properly, so I ended up having to re-install it myself. Also, I had just washed and waxed my car a day prior to taking it to your dealership. You all washed it, which is appreciated. But no one dried it, and as it sat out there all day, it ended up having dirt cakes to all the little water spots. It left your dealership dirtier than when I brought it. My service technician was thoughtful and responsive, but as I was not able to pick up my vehicle until after 7, I did not bring any of this to his attention. He was a nice young man.
