It wasn't Taylor's fault but whoever booked my appointment forgot to schedule the oil change portion and they had to squeeze it in at the end of the day. I told them I was bringing it in for an oil change and needed the tint shop to be available too. They scheduled the tint but not the oil change. If I hadn't called in to check on it, it would not have gotten done. Two times in a row now that service has dropped the ball. Again, it was not Taylor's fault.
