We have a Forester and an Outback. Both have been exceptional vehicles. We use them for our work trucks, hauling, hunting and dog work, as well as use as normal every day personal autos. Both have been maintained according to the maintenance guidelines and remain totally dependable. Since we live 2 hours from Sioux Falls our work is done locally. Today we had a condenser replaced on the 2017 Forester due to a recall. The work was completed during a scheduled appointment. The people we worked with explained everything very well and we were very satisfied. Thank you.

I was told it would take about 20 minutes. Had an appointment at 2:00 and I finally went to the counter at 3:15. It was done but didn’t get to the lot for pickup until 3:30. Just took to long even with an appointment for a recall. I was talking with a lady from Brookings and as she was waiting for a recall repair too. She said she went out in the lot to look at a new Outback. She said the sales staff didn’t seem to interested in her. Found that very disappointing
