Seriously, The service manager, Gene has always been so honest about What work needs or didn't need to be done. He has a lot of integrity in my book and I trust him when he tells me things need to be done and if I can wait to do it he let me know. I think it's the best And most reliable service center I've ever gone to and he's been helping me with 2016 Kia soul which is hardly had any problems at all because of the service maintenance at this Service center at Kia in Murphy. All of his crew is very kind and approachable about any questions I may have so yes I'm very pleased

I think one and a half hour oil change was unexpected. If there was a shortage of help I think one would know that in the morning and contact customers. And not apologize for the delay but for black folk in waiting room with unruly kids was kinda lame. Thats all. Good day.
