The service team was good but I have two issues now outstanding on a brand new 2022 Acura MDX that are known issues with no resolution offered by Acura. So Neal Hoffman Acura service personnel did great. I am not completely satisfied since my vehicle is not 100% functioning and I did pay 100% for the vehicle.
