Called to make appointment for A1 service and was told that Appointments aren’t made for oil changes. Even though I’ve done that for every oil change since 2017. Waited almost 2-1/2 hours for an oil change. That’s not good customer service, the employee was patronizing and the person who answered the phone when I called to make an appointment was quite rude. I mentioned this to a fellow Acura owner and he mentioned he quite coming to your service dept fir the same reasons. I will look into the Honda service department from now on.
