She was great and explained everything that we requested and would be done. She also recommended some things that were optional but general done at this mileage. She managed expectations on when it would be completed and that was done. She followed up with a phone call to me when it was done so I could come back to pick. One more thing, she greet me quickly even though she was helping another customer. She was friendly, smiling and very personable which was refreshing to see.
