My wife had an appointment at 9am for an oil change, tire rotation and one tire had a nail in it so it needed plugged. At 11 she was told it would be ready in a few minutes. At noon she went to the desk and had to ask when her car would be ready. 3 hours there for what is advertised as “accelerated service”.
