Do not tell your customers on the phone that you do complimentary auto car checkups with oil service because It is untrue.

Work was done 100% but it is hard to understand that a transmission issue is going on and I never was contacted by dealer until I took my car for service. Also the work done has a warranty of 12 months, so how Nissan is giving such a short term knowing about this could happen again. I would never will buy a Nissan car again and will advice to any of my friends not to do so

I was told one thing and that service didn't happen. My vehicle still is not fixed but they at least gave me my money back. Service people are nice but the issue still remains. It took extra time out of my day and inconvenience my pregnant wife and I.

A oil change should not take 2 1/2 hours. This was my first oil change for my new rouge which was at no charge. I appreciate that. You know that there are many options for oil changes which takes 30 minutes or less. I will be back to you on warranty work but not for oil changes.

Overall, it was satisfactory. I brought my vehicle in for the 15k mile service at 11:00am on Saturday. I realize that this is the busy time for service since not everyone can get in during the week. However, I was told that the service department was a little backed up and it would take roughly 2-3 hours. I was fine with that. At 3:00pm I received a text asking if I had any questions or concerns. I immediately replied “No questions or concerns but any estimate on time?” No response. Again I texted 30 minutes later. No response. 30 minutes after that I decided to call. Was put through to the service writer and got voicemail. I hung up and called back and asked the person on the line if they could just check if my truck was done or still in the service area. He replied “it’s still in service.” I explained what had happened and he assured me that the service writer or manager would call me back. Finally, after 4:00pm, I received a call that it was ready from the service writer. Like I said, I understand how busy it may get on the weekend but the lack of communication frustrated me. I had somewhere to be that evening and needed my truck. It was cutting it close and I was getting nervous that I wouldn’t make it. If it’s promised in 2-3 hours then the service department should be able to deliver. Otherwise under-promise and over-deliver. You’ll always have happy customers.
