Jose helped me today. He took the time to explain future serves and when they would be needed and the cost to expect. This is important to the customer. He was also able to get someone to find and fix a noise from a flaw in the steering mechanism that was never figured out in all my previous visits. We also found an air filter service that should have been conducted twice and hasn’t.
