Juan was great! After my service, my windshield liquid light was still on and it looked like someone took a wet rag to my passenger side window. I was offered extra car was tickets after the person who went to get my car after service did not take my keys and I had to wait. That wasn’t really a big deal, things happen, but the other 2 issues were bothersome.
